Is this really us?

People use other people’s names to take money from students, and exam season is when they do it most. This page is what to check against. If something you were sent contradicts it, it is not us.

Where we sell

NETMaths sells only at https://netmaths.in. Nowhere else. Not on a Telegram channel, not through a WhatsApp number, not on a marketplace, and not on any other domain however close its spelling.

Payments are not open yet. While that is true you cannot buy anything at all, from us or from anybody claiming to be us. If someone is taking money for NETMaths material today, they are not us and you will not receive anything. When payments do open, they will open on this site, and this page will say so before anyone else does.

What we will never ask you for

• A one-time passcode, an OTP, or a UPI PIN. Nobody legitimate ever needs these, including us.
• A screen-sharing or remote-access app, for a refund or for any other reason.
• Payment to a personal UPI handle, a phone number, or an account named after an individual.
• Your password. We cannot see it and will never ask you to send it.

A refund, when we owe you one, goes back the way the money came and needs nothing from you but the email you bought with. Anyone telephoning about a “failed refund” is running a scam that works precisely because our refund policy is public and they can quote it at you.

Discount codes

We do not issue discount codes. There is no coupon system on this site. Any code circulating with our name attached did not come from us, and any page asking you to pay to obtain one is taking your money for nothing.

Question papers

Every previous-year paper on this site is an officially released past paper. We do not have unreleased papers, we will never have them, and we will never sell them. Anyone offering a “leaked” paper in our name is defrauding you, and buying one is not a small risk to take.

Results and rankings

We make no claims about ranks, selections or success rates, and we say so on the about page — there are no students to claim them for yet. So any advertisement crediting NETMaths with somebody’s rank is fabricated, wherever you saw it.

Material sold in our name

The notes, solved questions, counterexamples and mock tests on this site are our own work, licensed to the person who bought them for their own study. They are not licensed to be copied, resold, republished or redistributed — see the terms.

If you have been sold NETMaths material by somebody else, or you have seen it republished, please tell us at support@netmaths.in with a link or a screenshot. You are not in trouble for reporting it; it is genuinely useful, and it is often the only way we find out.

For copyright notices and takedown requests, write to the same address with the URL complained of and enough detail to identify the material.

If you are not sure

Email support@netmaths.in and ask. Reaching us through an address you found on this site, rather than replying to the message you are suspicious of, is the whole point — a scammer controls what their own message tells you to do next.
